City of Jacksonville/Jacksonville Equestrian Center/H.O.R.S.E. Therapies, Inc.

Implementation Science Research Collaboration Between UNF, the City of Jacksonville/Jacksonville Equestrian Center and a local non-profit H.O.R.S.E. Therapies, Inc. to develop a state of the art Equine Assisted Activities and Therapies center in Jacksonville from a medical model clinic approach providing psychiatry, clinical mental health counseling, social work, physical therapy, occupational therapy, equine facilitated learning and therapeutic horseback riding program in the Jacksonville community to expand experiential services and create the opportunity for clinical research to validate the benefits of equine therapy for persons with complex trauma.

Pet Partners, Inc. & Pet Partners North Florida

Collaboration with UNF and Pet Partners of North Florida to further the professional development of therapy/animal handler teams in the local community. Serving as a local Director on the Board of Directors, Equine Evaluation Content Expert and Licensed Pet Partners Therapy Animal Team Evaluator. UNF holds three Pet Partners evaluations on campus each year, one every semester.
